Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions - EnJoy Seaview Apartments

Prices are based on a stay for two persons unless otherwise stated.
Included in the price: bed linen, 2 towels per person, a kitchen set, and WiFi.
Tourist tax is not included and amounts to €3.30 per person per night (applicable to guests aged 1 and older).
Cleaning fees vary per apartment: €55, €65, €75, or €85 per stay.

Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Different times may be possible upon request.
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Check-in and check-out are not possible on the following dates: December 25, 26, 31, January 1, and April 27.
In case of lost keys or waste chip, a charge of €50.00 per item will apply.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking on the balconies is permitted, provided that cannabis or other narcotic substances are not used.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Parties and Music: Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal without a right to a refund.
Maximum number of guests: It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than the number for which the booking was made.
BBQ: Barbecuing or grilling on the balconies is not permitted.
Prostitution: Prostitution is prohibited. If suspected, the police will be contacted immediately.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date, except for the booking fee (€15).
For cancellations within 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due.
Cancellations and changes must be made exclusively by email. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Your cancellation is only valid after receiving a confirmation email.

Damage: Any damage to the apartment will be charged to the customer.
Liability: EnJoy Seaview Apartments is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
EnJoy Seaview Apartments reserves the right to remove guests if they do not comply with the house rules or general terms and conditions. In such cases, all rights to refunds or compensation are forfeited.

In case of serious disturbances, such as nuisance or misconduct, EnJoy Seaview Apartments reserves the right to deny guests access to the apartment without a refund.
In emergencies, EnJoy Seaview Apartments may enter the apartment without prior permission.

EnJoy Seaview Apartments makes every effort to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date but is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to change prices, photos, descriptions, and these terms and conditions at any time.
By making a reservation, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
