Conditions apartments
Prices are based on 2 persons (unless stated otherwise).
Prices include bed linen, 2 towels per person, kitchen set and Wi-Fi.
Rates do not include tourist tax of €3,30 per person per night. (Children from 1 year pay tourist tax).
Prices are excluding cleaning costs of € 55/€ 65/€75 per stay.
Arrival/departure not possible on 25, 26, December 31, January 1 and April 27.
It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in between 15:00 and 18:00 pm, later or earlier check-in after appointment.
Check-out: before 10:00 am
In the case of loss of a key or chip is there €50.00 per item will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
You can free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (excluding Bookingfee €15,-). You pay the total price if you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone or by other means will not be accepted.
Cancellations and or changes will be effective when you received by mail a confirmation.
EnJoy Seaview Apartments encourages the client to take a travel insurance that reimburses cancellations.
Behavior at our apartments
Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. If this is the case, you and your company can immediately be removed from the apartment, no matter what time, day or night.
Grilling and/or BBQ is not allowed on the balconies of the apartments.
From that moment on, you will not be entitled to further claims or compensation.
Eventually the client will lose the entire amount paid.
In case of damage, it is passed on to the customer.
There should not be smoked in the apartments. On the balconies can be smoked, but no cannabis or other drugs.
In case of emergency EnJoy Seaview Apartments have the right to enter the apartment.
When you book an apartment at EnJoy Seaview Apartments, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions and we assume that you also comply with this.
Liability
EnJoy Seaview Apartments is not liable for the loss or theft of personal property and goods.
If the customer does not comply with the General Terms, EnJoy Seaview Apartments is compelled to ask the client to leave the apartment. There will be no recompensation.
