The International Motorsport Federation (FIA) and Formula One Management (FOM) have placed the Netherlands on the calendar for 2021. The Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort will take place from 3 to 5 September 2021. After 36 years, F1 returns to Zandvoort.
What the event will look like will, of course, depend on developments related to the coronavirus. However, a race weekend with an audience is currently assumed. In the run-up to the event, the organizer of the Dutch Grand Prix will look into how a safe visit to Zandvoort can be guaranteed with the corona measures in force at that time.
Preparations for the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort have started. This also applies to the side events program of the new Zandvoort Beyond foundation.
This interactive website arcadis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapJournal has been developed to provide insight into the traffic measures taken in Zandvoort and surrounding municipalities. On an interactive map you can see in detail which traffic decisions have been taken and when they come into effect. You can select a time period, modality (traffic type) and area to see what the traffic measures mean for your personal situation.
